Once items are picked up from SweetsByCamil, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of products during transport, storage, or display.

 

To Ensure Freshness:

Please bring your own insulated freezer bags or purchase one from us ($1.50 each) for safe transport.

 

We also recommend purchasing an ice pack from us ($1.25 each) to keep items cool during travel.

 

Secure your booking with full payment or a 50% deposit within 48 hours. If the order remains unpaid, it will be automatically cancelled.

 

Pickup & Delivery:

If you miss your scheduled pickup or delivery, we cannot offer a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot make guarantees.
