Order Cancellation
Custom Orders & Perishable Items:
All custom and perishable items are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

Order Confirmation:
Orders are only confirmed once you receive a direct response from our team. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule orders based on availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Quality Concerns:
If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We may request photos or the return of the item. If we determine there was a quality issue, we’ll offer a proportionate refund or store credit.

Taste Preferences:
We understand that taste is personal. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items based on personal preference alone.
